Objective To observe the curative effect of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) on the hypercoagulability in acute Kawasaki disease(KD).
目的观察低分子肝素（LMWH）治疗川崎病（KD）急性期血液高凝状态的临床疗效。
Conclusion There might be high incidence for obvious arrhythmia and ECG change in acute stage of Kawasaki disease especially with coronary artery injury.
