And I want you to hear me now -- I will never turn Medicare into a voucher.
And now, I want you to pay attention here -- we're going to do a little math.
And I want to just tell you that we actually now have some experience with the Patients' Bill of Rights.
So between now and tomorrow, I want you to talk to everyone you know -- your friends, your neighbors, that cousin you haven't seen in a while. (Laughter.) You know the one.
Now, with respect to the policy of opening up media to loved ones being brought back home, we are in the process of reviewing those policies in conversations with the Department of Defense, so I don't want to give you an answer now before I've evaluated that review and understand all the implications involved.
And so we're here in Missouri to -- we were here in Missouri at the end of a long journey to the White House, and so now I want to come back and speak to you at the beginning of another long journey.
And by the way, I just want to warn you, even though we now have every committee in Congress having voted out a bill and we're closer than we've ever been, this is when the insurance companies are really going to start gearing up, because now they're -- their stock went down when the Senate Finance Committee voted out that bill.
One final point, Mr. President -- I want to thank you for reaffirming to me in private and now in public as you did the longstanding U.S. commitments to Israel on matters of vital strategic importance.

And, Pittsburgh, I want you to know, the votes may not be there right now, but I intend to find them in the coming months. (Applause.) I will continue to make the case for a clean energy future wherever and whenever I can. (Applause.) I will work with anyone to get this done -- and we will get it done.
Political rhetoric and shooting spitballs is not, I assure you -- and I know you know this -- is not what the American people want out of Washington right now.
And I just want to remind you of this, because we're having this budget debate in Washington right now.
And I just picked that like kids pick -- like right now, when people tell you what you want to be, you have an answer, right?
Mr. ROGER TILTON: And I want to know if, right here, right now, once and for all, without nuance, you can say that that war authorization vote was a mistake.
Now, here's the message I want you to take away -- and we're going to have a lot of time for questions, but I want to make this absolutely clear.
