My background is in health, over 26 years of treating and watching people die from chronic liver disease, lung cancer and relatives wondering how their loved one could be going for heart surgery at 40!
Given that many people die within five years of having kidney cancer I'm left wondering whether I'll be one of them or whether I'll have a bit more time.
