Sickened by the international community's refusal to take effective steps to halt Serbia's relentless aggression in Bosnia, at least one world leader has thrown down the gauntlet to the lesser figures who have succeeded her on the world stage.
Because we believe in human dignity, the world must have more effective means to stabilize regions in turmoil and to halt religious violence and ethnic cleansing.
