Washington (CNN) -- On the eve of a day of action aimed at an African militia leader, a bipartisan group of senators is inviting Americans to sign on as co-sponsors of legislation condemning Joseph Kony and his Lord's Resistance Army.
The cross-party group of MPs on the Commons committee expressed concerns about the plans on the eve of the Health and Social Care Bill being published on Wednesday.
The Tory group's chief whip is now leading an investigation and is expected to report back on Christmas Eve, and Mr Sprason's fate will be decided on 2 January.
