Some 91% of parents said they were very happy with the school meals service they received, with almost three-quarters (72%) saying the quality of the food was key and 87% saying they found school meals good valueformoney.
That's how value marketing works - the food retailer offers you a lot more foodfor just a little more money and you say what a bargain and you spend more money than you intended to.
And while I think success for start-ups like hers is absolutely necessary for changing the food system, the ethos of the meeting put more value on helping others than on making money.
