There are people who--and I know that you have heard this--found disappointment in the Million Man March in saying that there was not enough follow-up, that programs died, that there was not enough to do after the fact.
You come from different states and different backgrounds and different walks of life, but I know that you come here as a community: one family, united by a quiet strength and a willingness to sacrifice on behalf of others.
And what I want young people to understand, especially our young people in college, because I know that you face some struggles and you have some doubts and you hit some barriers and you wonder where this is all worth it, whether this change can really happen.
When you start to get tired -- and I know that you will -- when you start to think about taking a day off, I want you to remember that what we do for the next 21 days will absolutely make the difference between waking up the day after Election Day and wondering, could I have done more -- or feeling the promise of four more years.
