MUMBAI--Indian billionaire Naresh Goyal will initiate a complex transaction this week or early next week to sell around 24% in India's leading carrier JetAirways(India) Ltd.
Earlier this month, India's JetAirways had to cancel hundreds of flights after pilots struck work over the sacking of two of their colleagues in August.
Mr Hogan confirmed to the BBC that his airline was "evaluating" whether to take a stake in India's second largest carrier, JetAirways, following the Indian government's relaxation of rules governing foreign direct investment.
