Moon lives on the fringes of gang life, collecting debts for triad member Big Brother Wing, but steering clear of the killing and crime he feels is reserved for dumber folk -- such as his sidekick Sylvester (Wenbers Li Tung-chuen), a retarded and impressionable gentle giant whom Moon protects from himself as much as from the schoolchildren who habitually pick on him.
