The twice-yearly "Trivial Dispute" Tournament of Champions drew about 75 people to the Alligator Lounge in Williamsburg on a recent Saturday afternoon.
With no pool to lounge by and just one restaurant to pick from, guests milled about in the lobby to pick up food or get their temperatures taken once a day.
In practice, by the middle of the day, all of the lounge chairs for patients were full and the nurses so busy rushing about, monitoring the intravenous flows and changing the drugs for each patient, that a number of patients would end up having to sit around waiting their turn.
