So following on from the piece I wrote on the old MindtheGap blog (RIP) about saving money on fares, I've come across another way for rail passengers to save a few quid.
First Great Western (FGW) announced on Tuesday it is cutting some announcements including one which tells passengers they cannot smoke, the location of standard and first class seating and 'mind thegap' at stations (where there is no gap).
Despite the giant gap in the public mind between organic farming, which bans artificial pesticides and fertilizers, and gene modification, the couple was never exactly star-crossed.
