This has become increasingly critical in the light of research by the Resolution Foundation showing as many as one million women are absent from the workplace because economically it makes more financial sense for them to carefor their own children than to pay others to do so.
The answer, in part, is by more closely collaborating with health care institutions that are already looking for ways to learn from others who have experience meeting this unfortunate challenge.
