As noted in a previous post, the ITC found that some HTC devices were in violation of a single Apple patent, and that certain HTC phones could be subject to an importation ban. (The ITC did not specify which phones might be affected.) But HTC responded that it plans to basically deactivate the offending feature in its phones.
