Top English rider Steve Plater is also booked to take part along with Guy Martin, who claimed a four-timer at the Ulster Grand Prix at Dundrod in August.
The following year, Ryan qualified fifth fastest and was next to Steve Plater on the grid, posting a lap at over 121mph, but the bike was plagued with electrical problems and two blown engines on raceday made it a miserable weekend.
The Woodhall Spa rider finished ahead of Bruce Anstey in the first race although it ended amid confusion with the officials failing to wave the chequered flag which led to Plater and Anstey continuing to ride hard for over half-a-lap before realising that the race was over.
