The first budget of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Northamptonshire will see no cuts to police numbers and a freeze on the force's share of the council tax, it has been announced.
Drink-related crime has fallen across the force area over the last four years, while police and Birmingham City Council are targeting a further 10% drop by 2016.
