Straight-talking Carrie, who led her pride and joy round the parade ring at Haydock as little daughter Hannah watched from her pushchair, may have fewer qualms.
The defendant said she had complained to Ms Shiers about noise in the past but denied arguing about the pushchair, and said they were friends at the time of the fire.
Ms Smith told police there had been differences between the pair about the pushchair in the hall and rubbish left outside but that they had made up and apologised to each other.
Ms Smith, 42, who lived in the flat below the victims, is accused of deliberately setting fire to a pushchair because she was angry Ms Shiers had left it in a shared hallway.
