However, the dollar index backed off its high on the notion that more quantitative easing of U.S. monetary policy called QE3 by the market place is back on the table.
It says that most investors would be better off simply buying a low-cost index fund that holds all the securities in the market rather than using either quantitative models or intuition in an attempt to beat the market.
The U.S. Dollar Index is near an all-time low, and the Federal Reserve is preparing another round of quantitative easing, flooding the world with even more greenbacks.
