Groundbreaking is scheduled for October (a design turnaroundtime that is Olympic-sprint quick) with construction to be completed two years later and a big-time test tournament mandated on the course in 2015.
He has clearly lost bundle on his investment so far, and since I do not believe that the company will make a quickturnaround he and his investors may be suffering for a long time to come.
