For Russia's banks, suffering from a collapsed rouble and besieged by angry depositors at home and creditors abroad, a bail-out by the state offers the only chance ofsurvival.
The researchers, from the University of Oregon and the Oregon State University, supports previous research showing the survivalof a leaf-cutter colony depends on the efficiency of its workers.
"He's a little bit slower than he was" but is working on a ranch, attending online classes from home and planning to take his message ofsurvival to high schools around the state, Bobby Bothe said.
