Following Boyd, we can also suggest a fix: Amazon needs more of a Blitzkrieg type strategic culture, based on Einheit (mutual trust) and other elements of German World War II type strategic thinking that allowed strategic and tactical genius to flourish at all levels, not just at the top (Germany too, eventually lost, but arguably because it failed to sustain the discipline of the initial years of Blitzkrieg).
