其中急诊一期修复胫腓骨开放性骨折7例；二期修复小腿中下段创面15例，修复足部创面9例。
Methods 7 cases with open tibia fracture, 15 cases with wound at central and lower calf, 9 cases with wound at foot, all cases were treated with skin flap of sural nerve nutrition blood vessel.
