目的:建立两种2型糖尿病肾病大鼠模型,比较两种模型的优缺点。
Objective: to establish two kinds of models of type 2 diabetic nephropathy in rats and to compare them.
方法:采用3/ 4肾切除,腹腔一次性注射STZ复制大鼠糖尿病肾病模型。
METHODS: 3/4 nephrectomy was adopted firstly, three weeks later streptozotocin(STZ) was administered intraperitoneally to establish diabetic nephropathy model in rats.
结果糖肾汤能降低早期糖尿病肾病模型大鼠血糖、尿微量白蛋白、尿蛋白,提高肾组织SOD水平,减少肾组织MDA含量。
Results: Tangshen decoction could reduce the level of blood sugar and urine albumen, improve the level of SOD and reduce the content of MDA in kidney tissue of early diabetic nephropathy rats.
结论糖肾胶囊对四氧嘧啶加嘌呤霉素诱发糖尿病肾病模型大鼠有显著防治作用。
Conclusion TSJN has significant preventive and therapeutic effects on diabetic nephropathy rats induced by alloxan and achromycin.
结果:对照组大鼠24只,糖尿病模型组大鼠24只,糖尿病肾病待定组大鼠5只全部进入结果分析。
