The paper reports the diagnosis and surgical treatment of 8 cases of substernal goiter in this hospital in the past 30 years.
方法：收集1998 ~ 2005年间手术及病理证实为胸骨后甲状腺肿8例的临床资料。
Method The clinical data of 8 cases of substernal goiter which resected and pathologically proved in our department from 1998 to 2005 were collected.
