Objective: To determine the value of five MRI imaging signs in diagnosing discoid menisci and injury of the knee.
目的：明确5种MRI征象对膝关节盘状半月板的诊断价值。
Result: Discoid menisci 34 cases, meniscal degeneration 3 cases, meniscal tear 11 cases with 2 of them accompanied by meniscal cysts.
结果：盘状半月板34例，半月板变性3例，半月板撕裂11例，其中2例伴半月板囊肿。
Results Of 26 discoid menisci, 25 were in lateral and only one was in medial. Besides, 18 were classified as slab type and 8 wedge type.
结果2 6例盘状半月板中，2 5例为外侧盘状半月板，只有1例为内侧盘状半月板，18例为厚板型，8例为楔型。
Conclusions Arthroscopic reshaping for discoid meniscus can obtain excellent and good efficacy, so it is recommended that patients with discoid menisci should be treated by reshaping.
结论关节镜下盘状半月板成形术可获得优良疗效，主张尽可能施行关节镜下成形术治疗盘状半月板。
