ABC shall not be bound by terms and conditions in Customer's purchase order or elsewhere unless expressly agreed to in writing.

Any dissenting, conflicting or supplementary general business terms and conditions, even when known, shall form no part of this agreement and shall only apply if expressly agreed to in writing.
