OBJECTIVE To discuss the clinical traits, pathogenesis and TCM stepwise treatments of fungal urinary tract infection.

Objective To study the inducing factors of urinary tract fungal infection in patients with catheterization in the Department of Urology, and the means to reduce the incidence rate of fungus infection.
目的探讨引起泌尿外科留置尿管患者尿路真菌感染的因素，以预防或减少尿路真菌感染的发生。
Results The rate of nosocomial fungal infection increased in recent 5 years. Nosocomial fungal infection occurred mainly in respiratory tract and urinary tract. The main pathogens were Candida SPP.
结果5年间院内深部真菌感染的发病率上升明显，院内深部真菌感染的主要部位是呼吸道和泌尿道，主要的致病菌为念珠菌。
