Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Tongfeng decoction combined with Yeshenyanggan mixture in treatment of patients with gouty nephropathy.

Method: 56 patients of gouty nephropathy were divided by lots into Hushen Tonfengtai Granule group (treatment group) and Tongfengding Capsule group (control group).
