Objective:To explore the curative effect of internal fixation with steel plate in treating distal 1/3 of humeral fracture through posterior midline approach.

Control group was given therapy of internal fixation with steel plate, and experiment group was given minimally invasive surgery of forearm interlocking intramedullary nails.
