Methods We collected 364 cases which had multi-pathway central venous catheter, and analyzed the reasons of unplanned extubation.
方法收集我科近年364例行多途径静脉置管中非计划性拔管情况，进行原因分析。
Conclusions Unplanned extubation of mechanical ventilation patient can prolong mechanical ventilation period? ICU period and total hospital period, but it doesn't increase mortality.

Results After implementation of the modified nursing procedure, the unplanned endotracheal extubation rate decreased from 0.188 in 2009 to 0.113 in 2010.
