Objective: To evaluate the effective measures for treating the impacted anterior maxillary teeth with fixed orthodontic technique and prevention of postoperative complications.

Methods: 16 patients with impacted anterior maxillary teeth were treated with fixed orthodontic technique.
方法：应用固定正畸技术对16例埋伏阻生牙采用助萌法或导萌法矫治。
Conclusion: the treatment with fixed orthodontic technique could be an effective way to deal with the impacted anterior maxillary teeth.
