Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of nonfunctioning islet cell tumors.
目的：探讨非功能性胰岛细胞瘤的诊断和治疗方法。
Methods: 18patients with nonfunctioning islet cell tumors admitted from1986to2004were analyzed retrospectively.
方法：对1986 ~ 2004年收治的非功能性胰岛细胞瘤18例进行回顾性分析。
Fifteen cases ( 75.0% ) of NFICTs were confirmed malignant islet cell tumors by pathology. Immunohistochemical studies revealed that a lot of NFICTs had secretive function.
病理检查恶性胰岛细胞瘤的比例达75 .0 % ，免疫组织化学染色检测显示非功能性胰岛细胞瘤大多具有分泌功能。
