MEHTODS: Different models of knowledge management in the pharmaceutical department of our hospital were summarized in recent years.

Results: Clinical pharmacists in this hospital brought their pharmaceutical speciality into full play. An initia1 effect of pharmaceutical care was shown in department of ICU.
