Conclusion: 0.2% carbomer was the best penetration enhancer for transdermal paeoniflorin delivery in vitro. It help to provide the optimal formulation of transdermal delivery system of paeoniflorin.
结论：0.2%卡波姆凝胶的促渗效果最好，本实验为芍药苷透皮吸收制剂处方的优化提供依据。
