Objective To discuss therapeutic effect of nasal endoscopic Eustachian tube insufflation to treat chronic secretory otitis media(OMSC).
目的探讨鼻内镜下咽鼓管吹张术治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。
Methods to check Eustachian orifice, give Eustachian tube insufflation and medical therapy simultaneously to 64 patients suffering from OMSC (84 ears), and evaluate therapeutic effect.
方法对分泌性中耳炎患者共64例(84耳)采取内镜下咽鼓管口检查、吹张及同步注药术进行治疗，并进行疗效评价。
