AIM: To observe the effect of extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves on plasminogen activator inhibitor 1(PAI-1)and thromboxane B2(TXB-2)in type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM).
目的：观察银杏叶提取物对2型糖尿病病人纤溶酶原激活物抑制物1（PAI 1）及凝血烷B2（TXB 2 ）的影响。
Patients in control group received Pioglitazone Tablets. Patients in treatment group received extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves tablets besides Pioglitazone tablets. The cured duration was 8 weeks.
对照组用吡格列酮治疗，治疗组在吡格列酮片治疗的基础上加用银杏叶提取物片进行治疗，治疗周期均为8周。
