OBJECTIVE: to evaluate the long-term toxicity of Ginkgolide B injection on Beagle dogs, and to provide safety evidences for clinical experiment.

METHODS: The HPLC method with Evaporative Light Scattering Detector (ELSD)was established to determine the content of ginkgolide A, B in the Ginkgo injection.
