Objective To study the change in blood-brain barrier (BBB) permeability in dog with craniocerebral gunshot injury and its significance.
目的探讨犬脑枪弹伤后血脑屏障(BBB)通透性改变及意义。
Results It could be observed that extensive subdural hemorrhage as well as neuron injury obviously in group g, which corresponded to the change of gunshot injury to spinal cord.
结果G组脊髓广泛硬膜下出血、神经元损伤明显，符合火器伤后病理改变。
RESULTS: 1 gunshot wound patient died from renal failure. 1 commom carotid artery injury patient died from rebleeding after 19 days.
结果：1例枪伤病人并发肾功能衰竭死亡； 1例颈总动脉损伤者第19天再次大出血死亡；
