支气管炎让我几周以来都呼吸不畅，不过我今天感觉好多了。
Bronchitis has had me in a choke hold for weeks, but I was feeling a lot better today.
今天感觉好多了，繁忙的工作使我的精神集中，下班后感觉很累，没有时间无聊到再去胡思乱想。
Today I feel much better. Busy work makes me concentrate, also makes me feel tired after work. So I'm not so bored any more to think too much.
后来的几天我的身体几乎动弹不得，今天倒是感觉好多了，烧也退了，但是我仍觉得喉咙有点痛，整个人昏昏沉沉的。
Consequently, I’ve been out of commission for the past few days. I’m feeling better today, and the fever has passed, but I still have a sore throat and feel a bit spacey.
