目的研究静脉输注脂肪乳剂对大鼠血清游离脂肪酸的影响。
Objective To study the effect of fat emulsion intravenous infusion on serum free fatty acids (FFAs) in rats.
并测定各组大鼠葡萄糖耐量、血清游离脂肪酸、甘油三酯、血浆胰岛素、胰岛素敏感性指数。
The indexes of tolerance of glucose, free fatty acid in serum, triglyceride, plasma insulin, and sensitivity of insulin of rats were also determined.
结论静脉输注脂肪乳剂能使大鼠血清游离脂肪酸明显升高。
