目的研究静脉输注脂肪乳剂对大鼠血清游离脂肪酸的影响。
Objective To study the effect of fat emulsion intravenous infusion on serum free fatty acids (FFAs) in rats.
并测定各组大鼠葡萄糖耐量、血清游离脂肪酸、甘油三酯、血浆胰岛素、胰岛素敏感性指数。
The indexes of tolerance of glucose, free fatty acid in serum, triglyceride, plasma insulin, and sensitivity of insulin of rats were also determined.
结论静脉输注脂肪乳剂能使大鼠血清游离脂肪酸明显升高。
Conclusions fat emulsion intravenous infusion can increase the serum free fatty acids considerately.
比较两组大鼠体质量、葡萄糖输注率以及血清游离脂肪酸等的变化情况。
Changes of body mass, glucose infusion rate and serum FFA in rats were compared between the two groups.
各组大鼠血浆抵抗素与降糖率、游离脂肪酸、胰岛素抵抗指数、胰岛素、血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯无直线相关关系（P>0.05）。

Results: Qiyao Xiaoke Capsule could improve IR, reduce the content of FFA in the blood and the level of serum leptin of catch-up growing rats(P<0.05, P<0.01).
结果：芪药消渴胶囊能改善追赶生长大鼠胰岛素抵抗、降低血中游离脂肪酸含量，降低追赶生长大鼠血清瘦素水平（P<0.05，P<0.01）。
