一根面又称长寿面，长久面等。是宋、元、明、清时期四川成都黄龙溪古镇著名的特色传统名小吃，黄龙溪地处平原，鹿溪河与锦江交汇穿镇而过，地肥水美，盛产小麦，每到逢年过节办喜事时，黄龙溪人就会用麦心粉制作一根面，几乎家家户户都会做一根面，古时候没有机器，一般都是手工制作。
但这儿最具代表性的面食是“一根面”(单根面条)，其特征是单根连续长达三米的面条。
