固定资产投资额是以货币表现的建造和购置固定资产的工作量以及与此有关的费用的总称。反映固定资产投资规模、速度和投资比例关系的综合性指标。国家规定投资计划和控制投资规模的重要依据。1989年1月起，国家将其作为定期公布的8项重要经济指标之一。一般公布的是全民所有制单位基本建设和更新改造自年初至报告月止累计完成的固定资产投资额。固定资产投资额按其构成内容可分为：建筑安装工程投资; 设备、工器具购置投资和其他费用。
引进世界500强项目的，按实际到位生产经营性固定资产投资额的3%奖励。
For those who introduce projects belong to the projects of the top 500 enterprises in the world, the reward is 3% of the total operational fixed assets investment for production purpose.
引进工业项目的，按实际到位生产性固定资产投资额的1.5%奖励。
For those who introduce industrial projects, the reward is 1.5% of the actual fixed assets investment.
