丙氨酰谷氨酰胺，分子式为C8H15N3O4，为白色或类白色疏松块状物。丙氨酰谷氨酰胺是肠外营养的一个组成部分，适用于需要补充谷氨酰胺的病人，包括处于分解代谢和高代谢状况的病人。对氨基酸溶液的补充，使用时应把它加入到其它氨基酸溶液或含有氨基酸的输液中。不能用于严重肾功能不全或严重肝功能不全的病人。
