仲裁裁决书是仲裁庭对仲裁纠纷案件作出裁决的法律文书。裁决书是劳动争议仲裁机关根据已查明的事实依法对争议案件作出裁决的书面文书。制作裁决书应做到事实表述要清楚，引用法律、法规和政策准确适当。
仲裁裁决书未写明期限的，应当立即履行。
