免疫反应性 (immunorectivity) 指抗原分子能与相应免疫应答的产物 ( 抗体或致敏淋巴细胞 ) ，在体内或体外发生特异性结合的性能。 又称为抗原性。 根据抗原的两种特性，将既具有免疫原性又有免疫反应性的物质称为抗原或完全抗原 (complete antigen) ，如多数蛋白质、细菌、病毒等。有些简单有机分子，如多数的多糖和某些分子量小的药物，本身不具有免疫原性，但具有免疫反应性，称半抗原 (hapten) ，半抗原与蛋白质结合后可获得免疫原性。与半抗原结合的蛋白质称为载体 (carrier) ，这种半抗原 - 载体复合物不但可刺激机体产生针对半抗原的抗体，也可刺激机体产生针对蛋白质载体的抗体。 一种物质是否具有免疫原性，一方面取决于物质本身的化学性质、异物性，另一方面还取决于机体对该物质的应答性 ( 宿主的反应性 ) 。
