再结晶退火(recrystallization annealing)是将经过冷变形加工的工件加热至再结晶温度以上,保温一定时间后冷却,使工件发生再结晶,从而消除加工硬化的工艺。这种退火一般只需制定最高加热温度和保温时间,加热和冷却速度可以不考虑。这种退火的特点为组织和性能是单向不可逆变化。
