决策结果是指决策者通过一系列的决策活动完成决策时选定的决策方案。它是决策系统的基本要素。决策结果一般有两种表现形式：一种是选定的方案仅存在于人的头脑中，这一般是比较简单的适应于个人行动的主意、打算、办法、措施等，人们以此来直接支配自己未来的实践活动。这是决策结果最基本、最简单、最直接的表现形式。另一种是把选定的决策方案，用语言、文字、图表、计算机软件等形式表示出来，比如计划、规划、政策、路线、方针等，用以指导决策系统全体人员工作。
如果顺序无效，则根据决策结果从3条路径中选择一条。
