一种特殊类型的胶带，将一种特殊胶粘剂（压敏胶）涂于带状基材上制成。由压敏胶、基材、底胶、背面处理剂等构成。压敏胶是压敏胶带最重要的组成部分。其作用是使胶带具有对压力敏感粘附特性。用作基材的主要有织物、塑料薄膜、纸类等。底胶是增加压敏胶与基材的粘结强度。使用时，轻轻加压使胶带与被粘物表面粘结。
