受变质矿床，矿床地质学名词。内生或外生矿床，由于受到高温、高压、岩浆活动，构造运动等多种因素的影响，使原来的矿物成分、化学成分、物理性质及结构、构造等发生显著变化，但还没有根本改变原有矿床的性质，称受变质矿床。
