《开始邮政》（Going Postal）是第三部改编自Terry Pratchett的《碟形世界》系列同名小说的电视剧，前两部分别为《圣猪老爹》和《魔法的颜色》。同时也是Sky1电视台耗资1000万英镑，将三部小说改编成高清剧集的一部分，另外两部是已经播出的《Skellig》和《反击》，影片取景于匈牙利的布达佩斯。该剧讲述“江湖骗子”Moist von Lipwig被迫当上“Ankh-Morpork城”邮局局长后，逐步改善已遭废弃的落后邮局，与现代的网络通信系统“Clarks”做斗争的故事。其中夹杂着爱情、复仇、搞笑、科幻的元素。
