抗精神病药（Antipsychotic drugs）又称强安定药或神经阻滞剂（Neuroleptic）。是一组用于治疗精神分裂症及其它精神病性精神障碍的药物。在通常的治疗剂量并不影响患者的智力和意识，却能有效地控制患者的精神运动兴奋、幻觉、妄想、敌对情绪、思维障碍和异常行为等精神症状。
精神药物的分类目前一般采用以临床作用和化学结构两方面相结合的原则,大致分为如下三类: 一、抗精神病药(Antipsychotics):又称强效安定剂,神经阻滞剂,神经松弛剂。适用于治疗多种精神病。
